FALCON Engineering Services (FALCON) provided  construction management and inspection services for the proposed existing interchange on I-15 at State Route 79 South (Temecula Parkway) located in southern Temecula. The work on this project included freeway improvement, roadway widening and rehabilitation, and ramps improvement and realignment. The structures work comprised of new bridge construction and retaining walls, AM/PM Gas Station demolition and removal of underground storage tanks, utility relocations power lines [Edison], sewer lines [EMWD], and water lines [RCWD]. Other work consisted of the modification of the traffic signal at the ramp intersections, lighting system, and construction of overhead signs. The work lies within the State of California [Caltrans] right-of-way. The work also included earthwork, grading, hot mix asphalt (HMA) concrete paving, concrete retaining walls, roadway excavation, exported soils, drainage pipes, minor concrete structures, concrete curb and gutter, traffic control, signing, striping, traffic and ramp meter signals, irrigation and landscape, erosion control.
