FALCON Engineering Services, Inc. (FALCON) provided construction management, resident engineering, office engineering, schedule review, change management and construction inspection services. FALCON performed detailed constructability review of the project, management oversight of the fieldwork, quality assurance/control of the completed work, source inspection, safety inspection per Cal-OSHA regulations, prepared cost estimates for potential change orders, monitored work for compliance with construction schedule, performed submittal review, response to RFIs and change order administration for the  $6M interchange improvement project. 

The SR-60/Moreno Beach Drive Phase 1 project site is located at the State Route 60 (SR-60) Interchange and Moreno Beach Drive in the City of Moreno Valley, CA. Work for this project included realigning the SR-60/Moreno Beach eastbound on/off-ramps and adding an eastbound auxiliary lane. Installation of a new traffic signal at the new intersection of the eastbound ramps and Moreno Beach Drive, the addition of a retaining wall and ramp metering, an extension of Eucalyptus Avenue to Moreno Beach Drive, modification of the traffic signal at the intersection of Eucalyptus Avenue and Moreno Beach Drive. The project also included coordination of utility relocations, irrigation, and related work. The work lied within State of California (Caltrans) right-of-way. The project included earthwork, grading, Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) paving, concrete retaining walls, roadway excavation, imported borrow, drainage pipes and minor concrete structures, concrete curb and gutter, traffic control, signing, striping, traffic and ramp meter signals, irrigation, erosion control, EMWD water line relocation, overhead SCE relocation and related work.
