FALCON Engineering Services (FALCON) provided construction management and construction inspection services to the City of Lake Elsinore. The project included construction of new deceleration lane, overhead sign structures, CIDH pile foundation.

The work consisted of installing decorative community identification signs on Franklin Street Overcrossing and Nichols Road Overcrossing at Interstate 15, installing decorative fencing, removal of existing chain link railing and post, source inspection for signs, field welding inspection, and traffic control.
